Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING | DOMESTIC

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 7-10 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. All orders placed for delivery to the United States are shipped using ePacket Mail (first class) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. Items noted as “PRE-ORDER” will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer or date provided in the item description. If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Phone accessories, chargers, screen protectors, SIM cards and items with no serial number cannot be returned.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Devices with obvious signs of use or damage.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS!

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded except electronics devices found to not work properly.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@speedyirepair.com and send your item to:

Shipping labels will be provided by Speedy iRepair LLC for any defective electronics devices.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped First Class Mail (14-30 days). Tracking information is not available for International Orders however customers will be provided with a customs number that may be used at usps.com to show postal service acceptance. Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package. Orders will ship out within 9-12 days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Items noted as “PRE-ORDER” will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer unless otherwise time is listed in product description. If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If an invalid address is provided to us, the Postal Service will return the package to our offices. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for returned to sender packages.
